Communication

Our main communication platform is Spond. This is where parents and carers will receive training details, match information, availability requests, payment information and team updates.

Please respond to availability requests as soon as possible so managers can plan training and matches effectively.

Some teams may also use WhatsApp groups for reminders and practical updates. These groups should always be used respectfully and should not be used to raise complaints, criticise players, coaches, referees or other parents.

If you have a concern, please speak to your team manager privately or contact the club directly.


Please use all club communication channels respectfully. WhatsApp and Spond groups should be used for practical team information only.
