Player Expectations

We ask all Southside players to:

• Try their best
• Listen to their coaches
• Support their teammates
• Respect referees, opponents and spectators
• Be kind and inclusive
• Attend training and matches where possible
• Wear the correct kit and equipment
• Represent the club positively
• Enjoy their football

Every player has a part to play in making Southside a welcoming and positive club.

All players are expected to follow the Respect Code of Conduct - Youth Players and help create a kind, inclusive team environment. Bullying or unkind behaviour will be dealt with in line with our Club Anti Bullying Policy Youth.
